The Connect Case Center is a portal for the secure transmission of scan data and case information. The Connect Case Center enables further processing of the Primescan digital scanner from Dentsply Sirona, including versatile options and full flexibility. This port has replaced the Sirona Connect portal which, until now, has enabled practices to link to laboratories that use the inLab software.

The Connect Case Center allows for direct communication with a dental technician via the chat function, and allows users to transmit photos to the lab as attachments. Labs that work with the inLab  software are seamlessly integrated and can offer CEREC users a design service.
