Description
Gutta Smart is a cordless obturation system for warm vertical obturation. The system contains a handpiece each for down pack (pack) and backfill (flow) techniques for obturation of the root canal system. It offers a complete solution for warm vertical obturation, easy handling, and great freedom of movement. The cordless handpieces are equipped with four powerful rechargeable batteries that are charged for one day.
Gutta-Smart offers practical and reliable obturation when used with the master cone in gutta-percha with Conform Fit technology for a precise adaptation to the apex and an accurate tug back thanks to the new patented formula.
As in the master cones, also in the Gutta Smart cartridges the gutta-percha, free of latex, flows at a lower temperature and allows the transmission of heat up to 4 mm, requiring less heat at the tips of the handpieces for maximum patient safety.
The ergonomic, lightweight, cordless handpieces of this filling system combined with Gutta Smart Conform Fit cartridges and latex-free Conform Fit master cones fill canals efficiently and reliably.
Conform Fit achieves a tight apical fit for precise recoil, while Gutta-Smart wireless handpieces provide precise control and excellent tactile response. The gutta-percha formula from both Conform Fit and Gutta-Smart Conform Fit cartridges flows at a lower temperature, requiring less heat from the handpieces. The heat is transferred through the gutta-percha cone up to 4 mm from the source of the heat, thus ensuring that the gutta-percha reaches the apex.
